Terps join in on hazing of Duke prep team

The rivalry game went in Maryland's favor tonight, with the Terps spanking the Dookies at Comcast Center. It wasn't a perfect game for the Terps, but behind strong play from Greivis Vasquez and James Gist, it was more than enough to beat the Young Republicans Club of the Duke Catholic Preparatory Academy. Soap beatings and wedgies all around in gym class for the boys tomorrow, I'm afraid. Buck up, lads. There's plenty more undies where those came from.

Greivis Vasquez: he is fiery.

As for Maryland, all they have to do now is string together five more games just like this one. The careers of this entire senior class -- both up to this point, and beyond this -- will be evaluated using this final month. Are they up for it? Only time....will tell. Goterps.

I love it.

I don't know if the Terps can dig out of thier hole to get into the tournament. That said, if this victory keeps Duke OUT of the tournament, I'd say that's almost as good...
